Full Time Senior Pastor

Highland Hills Baptist Church, located in Macon, GA, is a Baptist congregation affiliated with the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship seeking God’s discernment as we search for a pastor to lead our family of faith. Founded in 1953 in the historic Shirley Hills neighborhood, Highland Hills now includes members from Macon (population 175,346) and several surrounding counties. Our members are mostly professionals or retired professionals whose faith calls them to worship together and to serve the community. With approximately 300 members and a budget of $704,000, HHBC is a financially stable congregation. Highland Hills has a traditional worship style with liturgical influences. After years of staff stability, the congregation is now in a season of rebuilding and seeks a pastor able to nurture the congregation and lead the church into the future.

Part Time Youth Minister

University Heights Baptist Church, Springfield, MO, is currently searching for a part-time youth minister. This part-time youth minister will be responsible for student ministry for 6th-12th graders and is primarily responsible for mid-week ministry, Sunday mornings, and connecting with students during the week. Senior Pastor

Dayspring Baptist Church in St. Louis is seeking a senior pastor. With the guidance of the Spirit and in partnership with the Leadership Team, the Senior Pastor will create an environment that nurtures individual and congregational spiritual growth. Providing leadership to the leveraging of Dayspring’s strengths through innovation, technology and partnerships that connect us with and serve the wider community.

A primary responsibility is planning and leading spiritually enriching worship services, officiating at baptisms, weddings and funerals, providing care and counseling to church community and assisting them in crisis situations. In cooperation with the Leadership Team plan and carry out quality and effective programming that supports spiritual growth, strengthens congregational bonds and reaches outside of ourselves. The Pastor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, evaluation, and training of all church employees. In partnership the Leadership Team is responsible for the filling of staffing openings, resolution of personnel issues affecting job performance and the creation a safe, fair and healthy work environment.

Minister of Youth

First Baptist Church of Clinton, located in beautiful East Tennessee, is searching for a full-time Minister of Youth. A primary function of our next Minister will be leading middle school and high school students (6-12th grade) towards a greater awareness of God in their lives resulting in a relationship with Jesus Christ. It would also involve developing and directing weekly programs for their spiritual development and personal growth. You will attend student functions at area schools to grow the relationships with the educational community and youth. An undergraduate degree is required for the position with additional education and/or a degree in Christian studies is preferable.
