Ministry Networks
CBF Heartland encourages and develops ministry networks to encourage and resource both clergy and lay ministry leaders. Network members share best practices, ideas, questions, training opportunities and joint ventures to help bring vitality and excellence to local ministries.
Peer Learning Groups
Peer support and networking is a vital part of ministerial health. CBF encourages connection and community among ministers through Peer Learning Groups that meet regularly for spiritual growth, confidential dialogue, study, discussion of ministry-related issues and fellowship. Each PLG is eligible to receive a grant of up to $500 per year to offset group learning expenses.
